Skleroderma renal kriz

Abstract

Skleroderma, birçok organda kollajen ve bağ dokusu birikimi ile karakterize, sistemik otoimmün bir hastalıktır, trombotik mikroanjiyopatiye neden olabilir. Sklerodermanın majör komplikasyonlarından biri nefrolojik bir acil durum olan “skleroderma renal kriz” tablosudur. Bu yazıda, 72 yaşında kadın hastada trombotik mikroanjiyopati ve hipertansif kriz ile ortaya çıkan bir skleroderma renal kriz olgusu sunuldu.

Scleroderma is a systemic autoimmune disease characterized with the accumulation of collagen and connective tissue in many organs that may cause thrombotic microangiopathy. One of the major complications of scleroderma is the clinical picture of “scleroderma renal crisis,” which is a state of nephrological emergency. In this article, we report a 72-year-old female patient with a case of scleroderma renal crisis that emerged with thrombotic microangiopathy and hypertensive crisis.
