| dc.description.abstract | In recent years, nursing students have been experiencing more stress and more stressful situations during their education period, which affect their success in education. It is important to evaluate the attitudes and behaviors of nursing students towards nursing-patient interaction during their practical and theoretical training.
Objective: This study was conducted to evaluate the perceived stress sources for nursing students and their attitudes and behaviors towards care-oriented nurse-patient interaction.
Material and Method: The study was conducted with 354 of 460 students from nursing school who agreed to participate in the study. The data were gathered by questionnaire form with approval of the institution and approval of the ethics committee. The data were evaluated using SPSS 16.0 program.
Findings: The students were most influenced by the sources of stress related to communication with the instructor and the patient care process. It was found that those who selected the profession based on their personal interest and those who wanted to work as nurses or academicians after graduation had higher care-oriented nurse-patient interaction scale scores.
Result: Suggestions were made related to the stress sources that nursing students perceive and organizing care-oriented nursing-patient interaction. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Son yıllarda hemşirelik öğrencilerinin eğitimleri sürecinde stres yaşama ve stres unsurlarıyla karşılaşma durumlarının daha fazla olması nedeniyle stres, eğitim başarısını etkilemektedir. Hemşirelik öğrencilerinin, uygulamalı ve teorik eğitimleri sırasında, bakım süreci hemşire-hasta etkileşimine yönelik tutum ve davranışlarının değerlendirilmesi, önem taşımaktadır.
Amaç: Bu çalışma hemşirelik öğrencileri için algılanan stres kaynaklarının ve bakım odaklı hemşire-hasta etkileşimine yönelik tutum ve davranışlarının değerlendirilmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirildi.
Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırma 460 hemşirelik yüksekokulu öğrencisinden araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden ve ulaşılabilen 354 öğrenci ile yürütüldü. Veriler kurum izni ve etik kurul onayı alınarak anket formu ile toplandı. Veriler SPSS 16.0 programı kullanılarak değerlendirildi.
Bulgular: Öğrencilerin en çok rehber öğretim elemanı ile iletişim ve hastaya bakım verme sürecine ilişkin stres kaynaklarından etkilendiği belirlendi. Mesleği isteyerek seçenlerin ve mezuniyetten sonra hemşire veya akademisyen olarak çalışmak isteyenlerin bakım odaklı hemşire - hasta etkileşimi ölçeği puanlarının daha yüksek olduğu görüldü.
Sonuç: Hemşirelik öğrencilerinin algıladıkları stres kaynakları ve bakım odaklı hemşire-hasta etkileşimini düzenlemeye ilişkin öneriler sunuldu. | en_US |
