Aktinik keratozda lipid profili

Abstract

Bu çalışmamızda aktinik keratoz tanısı konmuş olguların 1) lezyonlu, 2) sağlıklı -lezyonsuz- deri bölgesinden alınan biyopsilerde total lipid ve lipid fraksiyonları incelendi. Ayrıca aynı olguların açlık kan örneklerinde de yukarıda bahsedilen parametreler tayin edilip sağlıklı kişilerin değerleri ile kıyaslandı. Lezyonlu deride tayin edilen kolesterol, fosfolipid, trigliserid ve total lipid miktarlarının normal deriye göre sırası ile: °/o 59 (p< 0.01), fosfolipid °/o42 (p< 0.01), trigliserid %58 (p< 0.01) ve total lipid 0/o51 (p< 0.001) oranında bir artış kaydettiği gözlendi. Aktinik keratozlu olguların (Deney grubu) serum kolesterol düzeylerinin sağlıklı olgulara göre (Kontrol grubu) % 47; (p< 0.001), fosfolipid düzeylerinin °/o 55 (p< 0.001), trigliserid düzeylerinin % 44 (p< 0.05) ve total lipid düzeylerinin °/o 73 (p<0.001) oranında bir artış gösterdiği bulundu.

Design: İn this study we investigated total lipid, cholesterol, phospholipid and triglyceride concentrations in the lej sional and normal skin biopsies (of actinic keratosis patients) and serum (of actinic keratosis patients and 11 /ıe-: althy volunteers). Results: VVhen the values of the lipids in lesional and normal skin of the same patients were compared, there was, a significant increase of cholesterol (p&lt; 0.01), phospholipid (p&lt; 0.01), triglyceride (p&lt; 0.01) and total lipid (p&lt; 0.001) amounts. Besides, serum cholesterol (p&lt; 0.001), phospholipid (p&lt; 0.001), triglyceride (p&lt; 0.05) and folal lipid (p&lt; 0.001) values vvere higher than the healthy group.
