B hücreli hodgkin-dışı lenfoma seyrinde ortaya çıkan paraneoplastik pemfigus

Abstract

Paraneoplastik pemfigus (PNP), başlıca Hodgkin-dışı lenfomalar olmak üzere lenfoproliferatif hastalıkların ve çeşitli malinitelerin eşlik edebildiği, klinik olarak şiddetli mukozal tutulum, polimorf deri lezyonları ve sık solunum sorunlarıyla ortaya çıkan nadir bir pemfigus tipidir. Diğer pemfigus tiplerinden farklı olarak kendine özgü histopatolojik ve immünfloresan bulguları olup, kötü prognozludur. Bu yazıda B hücreli Hodgkin dışı lenfoma tanısı konduktan iki yıl sonra PNP tablosu gelişen bir olgu sunulmaktadır.

Paraneoplastic pemphigus (PNP) is a rare type of pemphigus which is seen in association with lymphoproliferative diseases, most commonly with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and several other malignities. The disease presents with severe mucosal involvement, polymorphous skin eruption and respiratory problems. It has its own histopathologic features and immunfluorescence findings unlike the other types and has a poor prognosis. In this report, we describe a patient who developed PNP in two years after the diagnosis of B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
