Pediatrik Transport

Abstract

Yenidoğan transportu dünyada risk taşıyan hizmetler arasında yer almaktadır. Yenidoğan transportu ile ilgili yapılan araştırma sonuçlarına göre, bu alanda Amerika Birleşik Devletleri (ABD) ve Avustralya en iyi bakım ve hizmeti vermektedir. Ülkemizde ise yenidoğan transport sistemi, sağlık hizmetlerinin dağılımı homojen olmadığı için istenilen düzeyde değildir. Ülkemizde hala perinatal ve neonatal transport için gerekli düzenlemeler mevcut değildir. Bu alanda uzman transport ekibi bulunmamakta, neonatal ve perinatal transportun öncülüğünü üstlenen ülkelerde olan transport hemşireliği de ülkemizde ayrı bir alan olarak yer almamaktadır. Transport, ülkemizde hekim tarafından yürütülmektedir. Bununla birlikte, yenidoğan transportu için gerekli olan özel araç ve ekipmanların olmadığı bilinmektedir. Bu derlemede özellikle neonatal-perinatal transport türlerine, neonatal transport hemşireliğinin rollerine, Türkiye’deki neonatal transportun durumuna dikkat çekilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.

Today neonatal transport is a risky service worldwide. According to the results of the researches related to neonatal transport, the best care and service have been provided in the USA and Australia. In our country, neonatal transport system is not at the desired level because the distribution of health services is not homogeneous. In our country, still neonatal transport system, and distribution of health care services are not at a desired level. Transport nursing is still not a separate area in our country unlike the countries which own the leading role in neonatal and perinatal transport, still regulatory requirements for perinatal and neonatal transport, and transportation teams specialized in this area are lacking in our coıuntry. Transport is carried out by a doctor in our country. However, it is known that there are no special vehicles and equipments required for neonatal transportation. It was aimed to draw attention to the neonatal-perinatal transport types, nursing roles in neonatal transport, and neonatal transport in Turkey.
