A 15-year-old male patient presented to our clinic with loss of central vision that began about 2 weeks before presentation. He diagnosed with hereditary maculopathy in another clinic. His visual acuity was 2/10. After he underwent FFA, OKT and multifocal ERG, he diagnosed as unilateral acute idiopathic maculopathy. His visual acuity recovered to 10/10 by the end of 5 weeks.
