Böbrek transplantasyonu uygulanan hastaların sosyal destek düzeylerinin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu araştırma; böbrek transplantasyonu uygulanan hastaların sosyal destek düzeyinin değerlendirilmesi amacı ile yapıldı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışma tanımlayıcı nitelikte bir araştırmadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, özel bir hastanede yatan böbrek nakli olan hastalardan araştırmaya katılan 61 kişi oluşturdu. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan 'Hasta Bilgi Formu', Arkar ve Eker tarafından hazırlanan 'Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeğinin Gözden Geçirilmiş Formu' kullanılarak toplandı. Bulgular: Hastaların Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeğinin Gözden Geçirilmiş Formu'na verilen cevaplara göre; hastaların yaşları (p<0,05) , aile (p<0,05) ve gelir durumu (p<0,05) istatiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu belirlendi. Sonuç: Böbrek transplantasyonu uygulanan hastalarda en çok aile desteğinin izlenmesi, gelir durumu yeterli olmayan hastalarda ekonomik destek kaynaklarının araştırılması, her hastada sosyal destek düzeylerinin değerlendirilmesi önerildi.

Objective: This study was conducted to evaluate the social support levels of patients undergoing renal transplantation. Material and Method: The study is a descriptive type research. The sample of the study consisted of 61 people, who agreed to participate in the research and who were hospitalized for renal transplantation in a private hospital. The data were collected using the 'Patient Information Form', prepared by the researcher, and 'Revised Form of Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scale', prepared by Arkar and Eker. Results: According to the responses given to the Revised Form of the Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scale of the patients, the age of the patients (p<0.05), family (p<0.05) and income status (p<0.05) were found to be statistically significant. Conclusion: It is recommended to monitor the family support in patients undergoing renal transplantation, to seek for sources of economic support in patients with inadequate income, and to evaluate the levels of social support in each patient.
