Gebelik izlem sürecinde uyumun ve etkili faktörlerin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu araştırma, gebelerin gebelik izlem sürecindeki uyumlarını ve etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacı ile tanımlayıcı tipte gerçekleştirildi. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırma verileri, 01.02.2019-01.04.2019 tarihleri arasında gelen, gebeliğinin ikinci ve üçüncü trimester sürecinde olan 86 gebe ile görüşülerek elde edilmiştir. Veriler Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu ve Gebelikte Psikososyal Sağlığı Değerlendirme Ölçeği (GPSDÖ) kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Veriler IBM SPSS Statistics 21 paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis testleri ve Spearman's korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: GPSDÖ maddeleri puan ortalamaları incelendiğinde, gebelerin psikososyal sağlıklarını en iyi olarak nitelendirdikleri maddenin "gebelik ve eş ilişkisine ait özellikler" alt boyutunda olduğu, psikososyal sağlıklarını en kötü olarak nitelendirdikleri maddenin ise "kaygı ve strese ait özellikler" alt boyutuna ait olduğu saptandı. Gebelerin genel olarak psikososyal sağlıklarının iyi düzeyde olduğu, en çok kaygı ve strese ait özellikler bakımından sorun yaşadıkları belirlendi. Sonuç: Gebelik sürecini etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenip buna yönelik çalışmaların daha detaylı bir şekilde araştırılması gerektiği ayrıca gebeliğe uyum sürecinde gebe, eş ve ailesinin birlikte değerlendirilerek uygun hemşirelik bakımının verilmesi gerektiği düşünülmektedir.

Objective: This study was carried out in a descriptive manner in order to determine the adaptations of the pregnant women during pregnancy follow-up and the factors affecting them. Methods: The data of the study was obtained by interviewing 86 pregnant women who were in the second and third trimester of pregnancy between 01.02.2019 and 01.04.2019. The data were collected by using the Introductory Information Form and the Psychosocial Health Assessment Scale in Pregnancy (PHASP). Data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 21 package program. Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis tests and Spearman's correlation analysis were in the study. Results: When the mean scores of the matter in the PHASP were examined, it was found out that the substance that the pregnant women described as the best psychosocial health is the "characteristics of pregnancy and spouse relationship" which is sub-dimension and the worse psychosocial health is the "anxiety and stress characteristics" which is sub-dimension. In general, it was determined that pregnant women had a high level of psychosocial health and experienced problems related to anxiety and stress. Conclusion: It is thought that the factors affecting the pregnancy process should be determined in detail and the related studies should be investigated in detail and the pregnant women, their spouses and their families should be evaluated together and the nursing care should be given properly.
