Hemşirelik son sınıf öğrencilerinin yoğun bakım hastalarında ağrı yönetimine ilişkin bilgi düzeylerinin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

ÖZET Hemşirelik Son Sınıf Öğrencilerinin Yoğun Bakım Hastalarında Ağrı Yönetimi Konusunda Bilgi Düzeylerinin Değerlendirilmesi Öğrencinin Adı: Merve KIYMAÇ Danışmanı: Prof. Dr. Zehra DURNA Anabilim Dalı: Hemşirelik Amaç: Bu araştırma; hemşirelik son sınıf öğrencilerinin yoğun bakım hastalarında ağrı yönetimi konusunda bilgi düzeylerinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapıldı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırmanın örnekleminini, Hemşirelik Yüksekokulu 4. Sınıf öğrencilerinden araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 128 kişi oluşturdu. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan "Yoğun Bakımda Ağrı Yönetimi ile İlgili Bilgi Düzeyleri Ölçme Formu" kullanılarak toplandı. Ölçme formu puanlarının dağılımı gösterilerek formun puanları, öğrencilerin sosyo-demografik ve öğrenim özelliklerine göre karşılaştırıldı. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde; frekans, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, yüzde gibi betimsel istatistiklerden yararlanıldı. Bulgular: Bu araştırmada, Yoğun Bakımda Ağrı Yönetimi ile İlgili Bilgi Düzeyleri Ölçme Formu puanları arasındaki ilişkiler incelendi. Analiz sonuçlarına göre ağrı alt boyutu ile ilgili puanlar 8,19 ± 1,546 (potansiyel dağılım 0-10) ile öğrencilerin en çok doğru yanıtladığı bölüm olmuştur. Ağrı tanılaması ve yönetimi alt boyutu ise 22,47 ± 4,463 (potansiyel dağılım 0-30) ile en az doğrunun olduğu bölüm olarak saptanmıştır Sonuçlar: Çalışma sonuçlarına göre, hemşirelik son sınıf öğrencilerinin yoğun bakım hastasında ağrı yönetimi ile ilgili bilgi düzeylerinin arttırılmasına yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur. SUMMARY Assessment of Knowledge Level of Pain Management in Intensive Care Patients of Nursing Senior Students Name of the Student: Merve KIYMAÇ Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Zehra DURNA Department: Nursing Objective: This research; nursing senior students were given descriptive data to assess the level of knowledge of pain management in intensive care patients. Material and Method: The sample of the study consisted of 128 students who agreed to participate in the research of the 4th grade students of the School of Nursing. Data were collected using the "Levels of Knowledge Related to Pain Management in Intensive Care" form prepared by the researcher. The scores of the form were compared according to the socio-demographic and learning characteristics of the students by showing the distribution of the scores of the measurement form. In the analysis of the data; descriptive statistics such as frequency, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage were used. Findings: In this study, the relationships between scores of the Levels of Knowledge Levels in Intensive Care and Pain Management were examined. According to the results of the analysis, the scores related to the pain subscale were the most correctly answered by students with 8,19 ± 1,546 (potential range 0-10). The pain diagnosis and management subscale was 22.47 ± 4,463 (potential range 0-30) and the least significant was the section Result: According to the results of the study, suggestions were made to increase the knowledge level of nursing senior students about pain management in ICU patients.
