Meme CA tanısı almış hastaların uygulanan mastektomi ve mastektomi sonrası implantasyon tedavisinin evlilikte cinsel uyuma etkisi

Abstract

SUBAŞI Burcu, Meme CA tanısı almış hastaların Uygulanan Mastektomi ve Mastektomi sonrası uygulanan Implantasyon tedavisinin Evlilikte Cinsel Doyuma Etkisi Yüksek Lisans Tezi,2018 Bu araştırmada, mastektomi yapılmış Meme CA'lı hastalar, mastektomi sonrası, Implantasyon takılan Meme CA'lı hastalar ve normal grubun (hiç tanı almamış) cinsel doyum düzeyleri karşılaştırılmıştır. Araştırmaya, Göztepe Medical Park Hastanesinde tedavi gören (42-55 yaş aralığında) 30 Mastektomi operasyonu geçirmiş, 30 Mastektomi operasyonu geçirmiş ve sonrasında implantasyon takılmış hasta ve hiçbir tanı almamış 30 kadın katılmıştır. Araştırmada demografik özelliklerin belirlenebilmesi için araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan "Demografik Bilgi Formu" cinsel uyumun ölçülmesi için Golombok Rust Cinsel Doyum Ölçeği Kadın Formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi için SPSS. Paket programından yararlanılmıştır. İkiden fazla bağımsız grup arasında niceliksel sürekli verilerin karşılaştırılmasında Tek yönlü (One way) Anova testi kullanılmıştır. Anova testi sonrasında farklılıkları belirlemek üzere tamamlayıcı post-hoc analizi olarak Scheffe testi kullanılmıştır. Gruplu değişkenler arasındaki ilişki ki-kare analizi ile test edilmiştir. Yapılan istatiksel analizlerin sonucunda Mastektomi sonrası implantasyon (Protez Meme) tedavisi alan hastaların evlilikte cinsel doyumu implantasyon (Protez Meme) tedavisi almayan hastalara göre daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Mastektomi sonrası ımplantasyon (Protez Meme) tedavisi alan hastaların evlilikte cinsel doyumu hiç tanı almamış normal gruba göre daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Applied Mastectomy of Patients Diagnosed with Breast Cancer and Sexual Satisfaction in Marriage of Implantation Therapy Applied After Mastectomy Matster Thesis, 2018. In this study, mastectomized patients with breast cancer, implantation breast cancer patients after mastectomy and normal group (no diagnosis) sexual satisfaction levels were compared. 30 women (between 42-55 years of age) who had undergone mastectomy operation, 30 women (between 42-55 years of age) who had undergone mastectomy operation and who were implanted after who were treated in Göztepe Medical Park Hospital and 30 women who had never been diagnosed were included in the study. "Demographic Information Form" formed by the researcher was used to determine the demographic characteristics and "Golombok Rust Sexual Satisfaction Scale Women Form" was used to measure sexual compliance. SPSS software was utilized for data analysis. One way ANOVA test was used to compare quantitative continuous data among more than two independent groups. The Scheffe test was used as a complementary post-hoc analysis to determine the differences after the Anova test. The relationship between group variables was tested by chi-square analysis. As a result of the statistical analyzes performed, the sexual satisfaction of the patients who received post-mastectomy implantation (Prosthetic Breast) treatment was found higher than the patients who did not receive implantation (Prosthetic Breast) treatment.
