Human Papilloma Virüs Enfeksiyonu ve Asilarina Iliskin Verilen Egitimin Bilgi ve Saglik Inançlari Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu arastirmada, saglik hizmetleri meslek yüksekokulu birinci sinif ögrencilerine human papilloma virüs enfeksiyonu ve asilarina iliskin verilen egitimin bilgi ve saglik inançlari üzerine etkinliginin degerlendirilmesi amaçlanmistir. Son test ölçümlü randomize kontrollü olarak tasarlanan çalismanin evreni 660 saglik hizmetleri meslek yüksekokulu birinci sinif ögrencilerinden olusmaktadir. Programlar arasindan basit rastgele randomizasyon yöntemi kullanilarak müdahale ve kontrol grubu seçilmistir. Arastirma verileri anket formu, Human Papilloma Virüs (HPV) Bilgi Skalasi, Human Papilloma Virüs Enfeksiyonu ve Asilamasina iliskin Saglik Inanç Modeli Ölçegi kullanilarak toplanmistir. In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the education given to first-year students of vocational school of health services on human papillomavirus infection and vaccines on knowledge and health beliefs. The population of the study, which was designed as a randomized controlled study with post-test measurement, consisted of 660 first-year students of the vocational school of health services. The intervention and control groups were selected using simple random randomization method among the programs. Data were collected using a questionnaire form, the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) Information Scale, and the Health Belief Model Scale on Human Papilloma Virus Infection and Vaccination. When the HPV vaccination status of the students was examined; the intervention group was 90% and the control group was 96.1%, and when their knowledge about HPV was examined; according to the HPV Knowledge Scale, the score obtained after the training in the intervention group was 5.84 ± 1.50, while the HPV Knowledge Scale score of the group that did not receive training in the control group was 2.96 ± 2.41 (p
