INME SONRASI TABURCULUK VE HASTA EGITIMI

Abstract

Beyin damar hastaliklari ve inme dünya genelinde mortalite orani üçüncü sirada yer almaktadir. Yaklasik olarak yilda 17 milyon birey inmeden magdur olmakta 6 milyon birey ölmektedir. Bununla birlikte inmeden magdur olan bireyler yasamlarinda fiziksel, psikolojik sosyal olarak birtakim degisimler deneyimlemektedir. Bu noktada inmeli hastalarin rehabilitasyonu ve hastalarin bakimi önemli olup, hemsireler evde bakim döneminde ev kosullarinda hasta yakinlarina rehberlerin dogru kullanimini aktarmali, bakim planlarini aktarmalidir. Bu derleme ile güncel literatür isiginda inme sonrasi taburculuk ve hasta egitiminin degerlendirilmesi amaçlanmistir.

Cerebrovascular diseases and stroke take the third place in the mortality rate in the world. Approximately 17 million individuals suffer from stroke annually, and 6 million individuals die. However, individuals who are victims of stroke experience some physical, psychological and social changes in their lives. At this point, the rehabilitation of stroke patients and the care of patients are important, and nurses should convey the correct use of guides and care plans to their relatives in home conditions during the home care period. In this review, it is aimed to evaluate post-stroke discharge and patient education in the light of current literature.
